See clearly. Stay present. Shape what comes next.
We bring strategy, creativity and technology together to help leaders make decisions, carry the message, and build the capability to lead through uncertainty
In a rapidly evolving world, we must upskill leaders to navigate and meet its demands.
That applies at every leadership level, from first-time leaders to executive leaders — and we are uniquely equipped to support them.
Why Ludic
Three things we bring that are hard to assemble in-house
Our programs are built to scale, customizable to each organization, and adapt to the challenges in front of them.
-
Faculty
A network of 40+ subject-matter experts, academic faculty and practitioners. They are chosen for the cohort — for its sector, seniority and language — rather than allocated from a rota.
-
Technology built for this
SmartLab is our own digital experience platform, and it carries the journey between the sessions. It integrates with Cornerstone and the other systems you already run, so a program lands inside the tools people use rather than beside them.
-
Design once, then scale
One architecture, delivered locally. A program is designed once and then runs across regions and languages without being rebuilt each time.
- Countries delivered
- 60+
- Engagement across cohorts
- 98%
The shift
Leadership has shifted
The leader's job is no longer simply to know more, decide faster and direct others. Increasingly it is this:
From having the answers
To helping people make sense of things together.
From motivating others
To creating the conditions in which motivation and ownership emerge.
From solving everything yourself
To enabling others and sharing responsibility.
From predicting and controlling
To experimenting, learning and adapting.
From individual performance
To collective intelligence.
From optimizing your part
To understanding the wider system.

Leadership programs
Capability building at scale, at every level of leadership
You might be a first-time leader working out how your role has changed, a senior leader trying to build psychological safety across a division, or an executive shaping the whole system.
We build that capability at scale — through blended learning, content and experience design, engagement, tailored programs and strategic partnerships.
One architecture, designed once, delivered in the languages and regions where the work actually happens.

The methodology
Leadership development is an ART
Our methodology underpins leadership development at every level, developed with Reimagined Value and grounded in behavioral science. It develops both the capabilities leaders need and the capacity to use them well — consistently, confidently and under pressure. Because knowing what to do only matters if you have the headspace to do it.
-
Awareness
Leaders learn to see more clearly — noticing patterns, managing attention, reducing cognitive load and reading the wider system they are standing in. Awareness gives a leader a simple way to make sense of a situation, so the next move is clearer.
-
Resilience
Leaders build the conditions to respond steadily under pressure: emotional regulation, psychological safety, a sustainable pace and a stable team. A resilient leader is the reason a team reads a hard situation as a challenge rather than a threat.
-
Transformation
In complex systems big plans age quickly, and progress comes from short, rapid learning cycles: experiments, feedback loops, peer learning and applied practice in real work. What we are really building is the skill of learning faster than the world changes.

Developed with
Human-centered leadership, at the scale an organization needs
Reimagined Value brings decades of organizational and leadership experience together with a behavioral-science grounded philosophy. Their work is about how leaders see, think, relate and decide — and how they shape the conditions in which other people do their best thinking.
Between us we build a setting where leadership learning is part of the work rather than an interruption to it.
The shape of a journey
Sequenced, not scheduled
A journey is not a course with dates. It is the same five moves — see the challenge, expand perspective, practice in the work, reflect and make meaning, integrate and adapt — run once per module, each turn starting from the work the cohort is actually carrying.
Components
We build each journey from the components the challenge requires
The same kit, sequenced differently. A short, fast, virtual journey and a multi-level program running over months are assembled from these — the difference is which pieces, and when.

Knowing. Doing. Being.
Insight matters. Transformation happens when insight meets experience.
Knowing is what leaders understand; doing is what they practice and change in the work; being is how they show up when the pressure is on. Every journey moves between the three, which is why real work is the curriculum rather than a tidy example from another industry.
How we deliver
Expertise. Experience. Evidence.
Plenty of firms have a point of view on leadership. Fewer create experiences people remember — and fewer still can show what changed because of them.
-
Expertise
Deep expertise in leadership, strategy, people engagement and communications — built over two decades with the world’s leading organisations and academic faculties.
-
Experience
We are deeply experienced, and the experience we create is the difference. Our events, SmartLab platform, methodology and creative studio engage people, not just inform them.
-
Evidence
SmartLab already shows what our work moves. SmartLab Sensemaker takes it further — reading a program's own data for movement rather than attendance, and turning that into a read on impact and return a board can act on.
Measure what changed, not just who attended.
Attendance and satisfaction tell you a program ran. They tell you nothing about whether your leaders lead any differently afterwards, or what that was worth to the business. Those are the questions we design a program to answer — so they are the ones we measure.
Capability
What can leaders do now that they could not do before?
Behavior
What are they actually doing differently — and are they still doing it when we look again later?
Relationships and conditions
What is changing in trust, ownership, collaboration and decision-making?
Business movement
What changed in the business priorities the program exists to influence?
SmartLab Sensemaker
The tool that does the measuring. Sensemaker reads what a program itself generates rather than a survey bolted onto the end of it, separates movement from noise, shows where capability actually shifted, and turns that into a read on impact and return a board can act on. Reportable from week one.
Program data
Everything the journey generates
- Attendance and completion
- Activity and participation
- Module ratings and response rates
- Session, resource and discussion use
Signal vs noise
What is movement and what is noise
- Patterns across a cohort
- Trends over the length of a journey
- Outliers worth a conversation
- One cohort measured against another
Capability shift
Before and after, per leader and per cohort
- Skill-confidence assessments and pulse checks
- Leadership judgement and decision quality
- Behavior signals from the workplace
- Trust, accountability and team health
Impact & ROI
A read a board can act on
- Behavior change set against business outcomes
- Progress on the priorities that matter
- Longevity, revisited at a year
- In the scorecard language you already use
Scale and relevance
Shared architecture. Local context. Different voices.
The principles, methodology and intended outcomes stay coherent globally. Everything else belongs to the place and the people doing the work.
Shared architecture
One narrative, one set of facilitator guides and one set of measures. A new region is a deployment, not a new build.
Local context
Delivered in the language and the business culture of the cohort, against the problems that region is actually carrying.
Different voices
Same architecture in every region, a different facilitator in every room — practitioners who speak the language of your industry. On senior programs we mix regions deliberately, so leaders meet the organization's real complexity inside the learning rather than after it.
