CPD-accredited education hub

Medical education was being commissioned therapy area by therapy area. Each one produced a program, a registration process, a set of resources and a link — and each one started from nothing, because the previous program had no permanent home to build on.

For HCPs, the effect was a new login for every program and no single place to go. For the medical team, it meant paying the full cost of audience acquisition every cycle, and having no way to see whether the clinicians who engaged with one therapy area ever came back for another.

We built one hub. An HCP registers once and reaches everything: live webinars, on-demand recordings, interactive tools and the resource library, across every therapy area the program covers.

The education itself is CPD-accredited, which changes what it is worth to a clinician and therefore what attendance means. Peer discussion spaces run alongside the content, so the hub accumulates something a series of one-off webinars never does — a community that is still there between programs.

Content is version-controlled and access-separated by audience, so promotional and non-promotional material never share a door, and what any participant saw remains recoverable.

The hub runs continuously rather than in bursts, so each new therapy area launches into an existing audience instead of building one. Engagement is reported per participant and per session, which gives the medical team something more useful than a registration count when they are asked what the education program achieved.
